What this site is

A description of our programs, advisory work, newsletter and venture activity, and a way to start a conversation about them. Nothing here is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver. Programs are scoped individually and confirmed in writing before anything begins.

What it is not

• Not investment advice. We are not licensed to give investment advice and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. If you need regulated advice, speak to someone authorised to give it.
• Not legal, tax or compliance advice. Doing business in and with China involves rules that change and that apply differently to each company. Take your own professional advice.
• Not a prospectus. References to venture work describe what we are building. They are not an offer of securities or an invitation to invest.

Accuracy, and how quickly things change

We write about a market that moves quickly. Everything here is our reading at the time of publication and may be overtaken by events. We correct things we find to be wrong, but we do not promise that the whole site is current, complete or free of error.

Links to other sites are provided because we think they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain.

Your submissions

When you send us something through a form, you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that it is accurate as far as you know. Do not send confidential information, personal data about other people, or anything under an obligation of secrecy through a web form. If a conversation needs that, we will agree a proper route first.

We treat what you send as confidential in the ordinary commercial sense and use it only to respond to you. How it is stored and for how long is set out in the privacy policy.

Content and trade marks

The text, design, photographs and code on this site belong to CloudBridge Capital Limited or are used with permission. You are welcome to quote short passages with attribution and a link. Reproducing substantial parts, or using the material to train a model or build a competing offer, requires our written permission.

Third-party names and logos shown on this site remain the property of their owners. They appear to describe work Yereth Jansen has led for those teams and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or any ongoing relationship with CloudBridge Capital Limited.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudBridge Capital Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profit, lost opportunity or decisions taken on the basis of what you read here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where we are engaged to do work, the contract for that work governs it, and these terms do not override it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in your own country, this does not remove rights you have there that cannot be set aside by agreement.
